Rescued iPod

I think I am one of the last females on earth who has not read Twilight and up until today one of the last people who does not have an iPod (or similar device). I just got my first iPod up and running and already love it. I assure you I am technologically savvy and love gadgets, but do not own or use many gadgets. Part of it is that I don't like to part with my cash and I assume that a new version is just going to be on the market in a few short months. I am a huge Mac lover and devotee (I will try to convert you) and have been since I had to start using an Apple computer when I began graduate school in 1997. Once I figured out how to eject my disc (LOL), I was hooked.

But this "new" iPod is quite an antique (a classic version of the classic). If you can believe it, we FOUND this unopened iPod in our current attempt at organizing (very scary). The theory is Terry (aka member of family who is much freer with cash, but whom I usually monitor closely) bought it at some point in the last couple of years. His story is that he bought it as gift for me since we moved here, but somehow I was not made aware of this gift. So, I guess I opened my Christmas present early. Regardless, I love it.

Jenny,

GREAT FIND :) :) I too am one of the last people -- I haven't read Twillight and don't own an iPod (however, it is on a wish list).

Ok, there are at least 3 of us that have not read Twilight. I do have an iPod, though. And I would say this present is LATE, not early. So you can get another one. ;)

Jen-
I will probably not have an ipod for at least another year or more, so you're ahead of me on that one. I have however, read Twilight. I recommend not wasting your time reading it. If you want to know what all the hubbub is about just go see the movies--it's better than the book.

Merry Christmas!

I don't have an iPod. Vinny has one but I wont use it because it is full of garbage college fight songs. Yes, that is correct, fight songs. bahaha!

But, as you know, I have read Twilight. And Carol has now, too!! Get on the bandwagon!

You may as well read Twilight. I read all 4 in a little over a week-they are long, kind of cheesy but oddly addictive.
That is hilarious that you "found" this iPod. Mine is old enough that its not in color and can't do videos- but I still love it. Nick has a nano that is color, which is cool, but mine is still better. I covet the iTouch though. Someday...

Hey, Lani here. (That is, Lani with an A, as opposed to with an O, above!)

I am laughing at how much this post sounds like me and Sherdon. I've not read the books, nor do I have an Ipod. Even two of my children have Ipods (not from me, of course, as I, too, hate to part from my cash). But I think someday I'll listen to the books on an Ipod!

ps. Enjoy your snow, it was 80 here in Texas todaY!
